Royal Meats Barbeque

I live in Hamilton and will drive all this way, just for Royal Meats. I suggest you try the CHEVAP dinner with Lepinja, Kajmak & Ivar, you won't regret it! The food is fresh, tasty, affordable and best part-it's authentic Serbian food.

My friends and I come here often for their delicious burgers and sweet potato fries. 1/2lb burger is a satisfying portion. The buns are made in-house and fit the size of the burger perfectly. Try it with the roasted red pepper spread and their butter cream cheese spread (I know it sounds bad, but its soooo good). Their lettuce and tomatoes are always crisp and fresh if you decide to have that in your burger or even as a side salad.

The service and food were horrible. I have a gluten allergy and asked if there was any in the burgers. The burger flipper said she had never heard of such a thing and was very condescending. I ended up ordering a burger with no bun. When my finance and I were notified that our order was ready she handed me just a patty on a plate. I said that I would like condiments and she said she would have to charge us for them. Apparently she put in my order as just the patty. I asked her why she wouldnt have told us that as it was not what I had ordered. As a burger flipper, her attitude sucked and she is uneducated with allergy/dietary restrictions that customers may have. DONT bother trying this place the burger was dried out as much as she was.

after countless rave reviews about royal meats, my room mate and i had to try the establishment. he had the 1/2 lb. royal burger and i had the chicken sandwich. the burger was made w/ a filler, the chicken was a pressed product and the kaymak was cream cheese. save yourself the money and go to a&w for a 'real' burger and a 'real' chicken sandwich(and if need be put some 'philly' on it at home.

There is enough choice of meats, fresh vegetables and delicious french fries to compliment the meal. Your order always looks high quality , its large portions excellent for single or family get together. Its does not take long to wait for your order, staff is amazing.
