Sempre Pizza Pasta

We were craving Italian tonight so I searched for Italian restaurants in my area! I came across this place through urbanspoon! So my husband and I decided to try it! The calamari was great but a tad over cooked. The bruschetta was bland but fine, our pasta dishes were horrible. They use processed chicken! Yuck! And to top it off we had a horrible waitress from the moment we walked in! Dirty looks attitude, the whole package! My daughter was holding the receipt without saying excuse me can I just have that she snacthed it of of her hand! Will not visit again! Rude!

This place has a lot of potential. But our experience last night was disappointing for the following reasons. Should the owner of Sempre read this, please know we liked it enough to go back and try again one day. But here are our thoughts on our experience last night
Cornmeal Cajun Halibut special- If you are going to charge $23.95 for this type of dish, make it better than Captain Highliner fishstick quality. It was dry, and coated with what tasted like Shake n Bake. So over-cooked, I would have guesses it was chicken breast had I not ordered it myself.
The pesto cream sauce ravioli was good, but swimming in cream. Too much cream!!!!!!!
The cocktails (Long Island Iced Tea) was weak!!!!! Too much sugar.
The butternut squash soup was DELICIOUS.
The atmosphere was amazing.
The service was nice.
Do better next time on the everything...not just some things.

I love Sempra. It is a regular for me and my family.
Everything is delicious and the waiters and waitresses are very friendly and professional. In fact, I'm going there now. Enjoy!!

Found the service extremely slow, forgot items. Did not bring food at the same time. We were a group of 8 and they did not seem able to handle a large table even though the other tables were empty.

This is a great place for a reasonably priced meal and the food is just as good as Rocco's Plum Tomato sorry but it's true! and they are twice the price for pasta people!

i love their spagetti in tomato sauce. its the BEST!!!!

It has very good pizza and pasta. I enjoy going up to the front and watching them make your meal. The employyes are very friendly. I like being able to order. The sherly temples used to be better. It is a great place to have a dinner party. The washrooms are very clean.

Great value for money and delicious food. Service really good - a perfect local restaurant for a wonderful night out.

The pizza is delicious. We love it so much we order it every two weeks. The 'bianca neve' or pizza shell is a great appetizer, and definately my favourite. I recommend it highly. Also, their chocolate rasberry truffle cake is great.

Amazing food, great ambience. A real pasta sauce with good flavour. Reasonlably priced wine. Great tiramisu.

Great food, atmosphere and menu. Reasonable prices, too.
