I was at the Queensway location on Sunday evening for a drink before going to the movies. It took over 15 minutes to get our drink in the bar that WAS NOT crowded. Not only did we have to go over and remind the waitress that we were pressed for time but she brought the wrong drink order and argued that Milestone's did not carry that particular type of rum. We not only said that we have ordered it before at another location but pointed the bottle out to her at the bar!!1 She then went and grabbed the bottle from the bar and poured into the glass right at the table and took the stir stick and lime out of the wrong order and placed in the glass without measuring!!! She was rude and arrogant and unprofessional! Milestone owners/managers---you'd better train your employees and teach them that the CUSTOMER IS USUALLY RIGHT! And in this case we certainly were.
