I have eaten here a number of times, and food is generally good. The last post about the pregant lady shows how sometimes restaurant staff can be truly stupid. The place is quite busy, and they are conscious of using seating to max business, but sometimes one has to accommodate.. I have found that staff there are generally very pleasant, helpful, courteous.. I hope that this incident will identify the problem. No matter what the outcome, there is no reason to say "I don't care". I once came into a restaurant at Bathurst and Lawrence (United Bakers) and when seated at at a tiny table - and asked for a larger one so I could read while dining, and was refused though the place was mostly empty. I had my meal, and while the restaurant filled up - there was really no reason not to accommodate me. If that wasn't bad enough, I ordered beet borscht and it was straight out of a jar - hardly worth the charge. I had eaten there a few times before, but that was enough for me. I have never returned and never will again. Bad service and cheap food at inflated prices is not easily forgotten. Me Va Me has very good food and in general, very good service. ..More Reviews
