I just recently took an introductory cake decorating class and I truly enjoyed it. I learned a lot. What I did not like was that the instructor (I won't post her name) did not walk around the table as we were working to make sure we were doing things properly. When she did see our work, she did not comment at all. There was no feedback, and no feel for how we were doing. It was like she wanted to show us how to do it, and then be done with it and have her own free time. My experience shopping in the store: same as the other review: no one comes to offer their help. They are busy socializing, or doing nothing, and ignoring you. You are on your own unless you ask. Otherwise, they will help and are very knowledgable. ..More Reviews
