I am very disappointed in the way this company conducts its business. We reside in Woodbridge and by mistake my son called this location thinking that he was calling the Ital Pizza located around the corner from our home. This location took the order however, did not advise the cost of the pizza or the delivery charges when my son placed the order. The order according to the website should have cost $25.70 including tax. The order took 1 1/2 hours to arrive and when it did the driver asked for $35.00 - that is a $10.00 delivery charge and he didn't give my son a bill. When my son tried to complain by calling the store - the man answering the phone couldn't answer how much each topping cost and what the delivery charges were and why our pizza was so expensive - he said he would look into and call back (this was after my son listened to store associates giggling in the background). The store never called back and ironically never answered another phone call that night from my house either - didn't matter if it rang 20 times they didn't answer it. The bottom line is my son was overcharged - he was not advised of the correct bill charge, not advised of delivery charged, did not receive a bill from driver while he was at the door -and didn't answer their phones when we tried calling to get a logical answer as to why this was happening - in my opinion the store is totally unprofessional and would not want store staff with this amount of customer service skills making my food. I wonder if the owner knows what goes on at his store - it is a competitive business out there - if you don't want customers don't take the order in the first place - but if you do take it - don't try and stick it to your customer as ironically people don't want to be taken advantage of. ..More Reviews
