Mandarin Restaurant

It's great value, and the food is pretty good too!

Because it's a buffet though, you have to be careful with small kids, and others can bump into them with their plates of hot food.

Mandarin Restaurant on the Queensway was one of my special occasional place that I enjoyed going to with my family. Then a week ago, I went and was patiently waiting to go in when I realized that everyone that came after us was going in ahead of us(without any reservations made ahead of time), I asked to speak to the manager and was very dissapointed. The way that he spoke to me was very rude and very arrongant. He even went so far as to implicate that I, the customer, was a liar when i tried to explain what i realized to be an issue. He did not bother to listen and was very set in his way, he did not bother to speak to me discreetly and raised his voice. Not very good quality for customer service and he was the managing partner for this MANDARIN. He did not try to persua me to stay when I opted to leave with my children and visitor from overseas. He did not leave a very good impression for a lot of people there. So over all I will not set foot in Madarin again just for that reason alone.

food is great service is super my family go there 9 times a year we love it

I think that the food is a little icky but ok watress not good more food should get candy for free
