You were not getting ripped off for 60 cents so this guy can get a free paper hat. Please get your facts straight before accusing someone.

I went to the store, to pick up my order.When I asked for a bag for my pops
a girl named jessica told me in a verry rude way that we don't have any.This
girl has given myself and my friends very bad service in the past.She has a
verry verry bad attitude. She doesn't know what customer service means. I hope they fire her, to save their business.

Sorry, but this Pizza Nova sucks. The pizza crust is so dry and cardboard-like that we stopped buying from this location.

We cannot get delivery from the Pizza Nova on Burnamthorpe but their pizzas are GREAT!!!! What a difference the crust makes!

I enjoy going to pizza nova because when I walk in there the workers are always courteus and I simply just love their pizza

I walked into the store ordered a slice and a can of brio, the total came to $4.75.. I realized i was short and told the man that ill have to pass on the soda as i dont have enough change on me. he rings up the slice and it comes to $3.10, puzzled, i look at the 1.65 remaining in my hand, look up the menu and see the price of pop is 1.15.. so i ask the guy 'how much u charging for pops here' he says 1.15, so i say 'well gimme a pop then,ill have a brio'.. so now he tells me 'Hey Kid Im not f---in around here, dont play games with me, this is the last time'

I told him hes he one playing games and that ill never go back

Never will I go back to this location just to be tricked into getting ripped off for 60 cents so this guy can get a free paper hat..
